Casing: Smooth black synthetic rubber, abrasion, oil, sea water and sunlight resistant synthetic rubber.
Fittings: End connections built in during manufacturing. ASME B 16.5 150 lb or 300 lb weld neck flat or raised face as per requirement.
Testing: All tests as per GMPHOM 2009 and customer details.
Standards and Specifications: Zebang single carcass hoses are designed and produced in full compliance with OCIMF standards. These products are also subject to ISO 9000
Rated Working Pressure: RWP for oil pipes is at least 15 bar. 19 bar and 21 bar hoses are also available if specified by the customer. They are suitable for operation at internal pressures from minus 0.85 bar to RWP.
Flow rate: The lining of the Zebon subsea hose is made of elastomer and fabric, suitable for continuous operation at a flow rate of 21m/s.
Application: Submarine hose is suitable for use with crude oil and liquid petroleum products from -20℃ to 82℃, and aromatic hydrocarbon content not greater than 50% by volume.
Electrical continuity: Copper wire and spiral wire will provide a low resistance connection.
